Location: Napa Valley, Northern California
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30). Start times may vary between 6:30 AM - 8:30 AM based on patient volume. Weekend call rotated (08:00 - 16:00). Daily caseload of approximately 20 patients per machine across 2 treatment rooms.
Highlights:- 13-week travel assignment at an acute care facility in California's wine country
- Specializing in SRS (Stereotactic Radiosurgery) and SBRT (Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy) procedures
- Treat adult and geriatric patient populations with diverse oncology diagnoses
- Work with modern equipment including Varian 21 ex/ix, Elekta Infinity, and Toshiba CT Simulator
- Epic charting system experience preferred
- First-time travelers welcome; opportunities for assignment extensions
- Active California state radiation therapy license (must be in hand prior to start)
- ARRT (T) certification required
- Minimum 1 year of radiation therapy experience
- Epic charting system experience preferred
- Proficiency with Impac MOSAIQ and advanced treatment modalities preferred
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Willingness to work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
- Ability to float to affiliate facilities as needed
- Candidates must reside outside 50-mile local radius
