Dental Hygienist – Littleton, CO | Blanchard and Richardson Family Dentistry

Blanchard and Richardson Family Dentistry is a long-standing, patient-focused practice serving South Denver since the late 1970s. Built on a reputation of trust, integrity, and quality care, our office continues to prioritize patient relationships over production. With modern technology and a strong moral foundation, we provide high-quality dentistry without over-treatment. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative team.

Schedule
Full-time (4 days per week)

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (no lunch)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing
• Conduct periodontal assessments and charting
• Take and interpret dental radiographs
• Administer preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants
• Identify signs of oral disease and communicate findings to the doctor
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Discuss and reinforce treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
• Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient patient flow

Requirements

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Colorado (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to administer local anesthesia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience and familiarity with Curve software is a plus

Pay & Compensation

• $63 to $65 per hour (based on experience)
