Job Description: A high-end luxury yacht facility in Stuart, FL is looking for a skilled Marine Carpenter to join its finish and fabrication department. This position involves complex finish woodworking, cabinetry installation, and composite fiberglass repair on multi-million dollar luxury vessels. We are looking for a true craftsman who excels at premium finish carpentry, fiberglass work, or a cross-functional blend of both skills.

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience in finish carpentry, fine woodworking, or marine cabinetry.
• Experience with fiberglass repairs, laminating, gelcoat matching, or structural composites is highly preferred.
• Ability to work with fine hardwoods, veneers, and custom teak marine layouts.
• Must maintain an exceptionally clean workspace and respect luxury vessel finishes.
