Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Both of my parents need a bit of help. My father has dementia, my mom has mobility and incontinence issues. They are both in their 70s About the care needs: I need an RN who is tough as nails. My mother is argumentative and wants to control my father's care but then doesn't want to remind him to take meds/do pt exercises etc. Mom was an RN and thinks she knows best. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
