Babysitter

Our daughter is 15 months old, and while we work from home, we are looking for someone to come 2 to 4 days a week for around 3 hours. We had a wonderful mom who was coming and bringing her own 6-month-old daughter and she treated it as a nanny share, and we really enjoyed that arrangement. We have a lovely backyard and a park and playground within walking distance, as well as kids play area inside the house as well. We are ideally looking for someone who loves to be outdoors and believes that kids should be free to explore and play without screens.
