Nanny Needed

I work from home and I'm looking for a reliable and trustworthy part time nanny for my baby and occasionally my 3-year-old while I work. Our 3-year-old is starting preschool 5 days a week in August and we will need help with her as well on days she is not in school (school holidays and summers). During the days my 3-year-old is not home, I need 2-4 hours of help every day M-F while I work. The days I have both kids home, I would need help from 8:30am-2:30 p.m. Looking for someone who is available consistently and long term, at least 1-2 years.
