Are you a people person who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly?
is looking for an Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our service team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our service customers, helping schedule appointments, answer questions, and ensure every customer receives the premium experience they expect from the Audi brand.
No automotive experience is required. If you have strong customer service skills, enjoy working with people, and are comfortable on the phone and computer, we can train you on the automotive side! Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments for customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Follow up with customers regarding service needs and maintenance reminders
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Assist customers with service-related questions
- Communicate with the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer information and records
Qualifications:
- Customer service, call center, receptionist, hospitality, retail sales, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Good computer and data-entry skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Dependable and team-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
