What You’ll Do:
- You'll spend your days assisting customers with their automotive parts needs.
- You'll provide accurate information regarding parts availability, pricing, and special orders.
- You'll process customer orders and returns in a timely manner.
- You'll maintain inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- You'll collaborate with service technicians to ensure they have the necessary parts for repairs.
- You'll keep the parts department organized and clean.
Requirements:
- Required: Previous experience in a parts counter or similar role (dealership experience strongly valued)
- Required: Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Required: Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
- Preferred: Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
- Preferred: Experience with inventory management software.
