What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and document vehicle concerns clearly and accurately
- Create repair orders and communicate effectively with technicians
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on Kia guidelines
- Provide timely updates on repair status, costs, and timelines
- Review final invoices and explain services performed
- Ensure customer satisfaction at every step of the service process
- Maintain a clean, organized service drive and uphold dealership standards
- Support Express Service operations as needed
- You will follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related field required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes preferred
- Familiarity with service writing software and tools preferred
- Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
