Responsibilities:

• You'll spend your days greeting customers and assessing their service needs.
• You will write up service orders and ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded.
• You will communicate with the service team to provide updates to customers about their vehicle status.
• You'll manage customer expectations and provide excellent follow-up service.
• You will ensure that Express Lane operations run efficiently and professionally 
• You will assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Required: Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or automotive customer service role
• Required: Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Required: Basic knowledge of automotive service and repair.
• Preferred: Experience with service writing or a similar position.
• Preferred: Familiarity with dealership service processes.
