Family Law Paralegal Boca Raton, FL Full-Time Boutique Family Law Firm Salary: $60,000-$70,000 + Benefits A respected boutique family law firm in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join its close-knit team of two attorneys. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment and takes pride in producing exceptional work. The ideal candidate has prior Florida family law experience, strong transcription and document preparation skills, and can confidently manage multiple cases with minimal supervision. Responsibilities - Prepare, draft, and finalize pleadings, motions, correspondence, and family law agreements - Transcribe attorney dictation accurately and efficiently - File court documents through the Florida e-Filing Portal - Manage case files, deadlines, calendars, and litigation schedules - Prepare financial affidavits and supporting documentation for dissolution and other family law matters - Coordinate hearings, mediations, depositions, and other court proceedings Assist with discovery, subpoenas, and document production - Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other parties - Maintain organized physical and electronic case files throughout each matter Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of Florida family law paralegal experience required - Strong knowledge of Florida family law procedures and court rules - Excellent legal drafting, transcription, and proofreading skills - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities - Ability to manage a busy caseload while meeting deadlines - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Paralegal certificate or Associate's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered Compensation & Benefits - $60,000-$70,000 annual salary, based on experience - Health insurance - Retirement plan - Paid time off - Long-term opportunity with a stable, well-established boutique law firm If you are an experienced family law paralegal looking to join a respected firm where your professionalism and attention to detail will be valued, we encourage you to apply.
