Operator/General Labor - Now Hiring

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking an Operator/General Labor to join their team. As an Operator/General Labor, you will be part of the warehouse support team, assisting with various manual tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operator/General Labor

Location: Tilton, NH

Pay Range: %19

Shift: 1st or 2nd

What's the Job?

• Perform general manual labor tasks including lifting and moving materials
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and safely
• Operate industrial trucks or tractors to move materials around the warehouse or site
• Assist with activities at heights and handle materials weighing 30 pounds or more
• Follow established procedures to support overall warehouse operations

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving heavy materials
• Ability to become forklift certified
• Willingness to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols
• Minimal prior experience required; training provided
