Landscape Installation Team Lead

 Precision Landscape Management is the premiere full-service lawn and landscape company in the upstate of SC. We are now hiring for a full-time position as a Landscape Installation Team Lead. As the Landscape Installation Team Lead, you will be responsible to lead a crew to install exceptional landscapes and hardscapes for our clients.

Typical Day:

• Be responsible for and oversee world-class installation of plants, sod, mulch, irrigation, and drainage for our clients.
• Represent the company well on-site through good communication with clients and fellow team members, maintain clean work sites and respectable looking equipment and trucks.
• Oversee and participate in the loading of vehicles and preparation for the job site.
• Ensure that the whole team works on tasks assigned that day that contribute to the completion of that specific project.
• Maintain communication with the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of landscape experience required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Knowledge of how to use landscape-related equipment.
• Experience with irrigation, drainage & landscape installation.
• Ability to remain professional in difficult circumstances.
• Capable of understanding instructions and performing tasks adeptly and efficiently.
• Ability to develop a knowledge of the job flow and processes for completing tasks.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role that may include prolonged periods of standing and lifting over 50 pounds.
