About this job
Wondering if you could become a surrogate?
A lot of women have quietly wondered what it would be like to become a surrogate, then assumed it was not for them. If you have had a healthy pregnancy of your own and you love being a mom, you may be a better fit than you think. Family Inceptions is here to answer your questions honestly and walk you through what a gestational surrogacy journey really involves, with no pressure and no cost to explore it.
A little about us
Family Inceptions is a nationally recognized surrogacy and egg donation agency founded in 2008. We help individuals and couples build their families, and we take just as much care of the surrogates who make those families possible.
What you would be doing
As a gestational carrier, you would help hopeful parents who cannot carry a pregnancy on their own. You would work with licensed fertility clinics and experienced medical professionals, follow a clear and guided process, and have a personal Journey Manager and care team supporting you with extended hours of support from your first question through delivery.
Honest expectations
Surrogacy is a family-building arrangement, not a traditional job. Participants enter into an independent agreement and are supported throughout by licensed fertility clinics and a dedicated team.
Compensation and support
Base compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, depending on your experience and circumstances. You would also receive health and medical insurance, life insurance, a remote and flexible schedule, paid time off during key milestones, and counseling and emotional support.
