Our well-respected and established neonatology practice atinWichita, KS, is recruiting for aNeonatologistwho is interested in an evolvingQI team-based opportunity.

- Minimum 2 neonatologists on until 4pm. Very close knit team creating a flexible schedule with strong NNP support
- 24-Hour In-House Coverage: Work in ourLevel-III, 80-bed NICUwith round-the-clock coverage.
- No call required from home!
- 1 NEO and 2 NNPs working 24/7 to provide coverage. No single-person coverage in the evening.
- High Acuity Enviorment
- 6,000 deliveries each year, with the intensive and special care units averaging around1,200 admissions annuallyand anaverage daily census of 60.
- High volume with procedures: Handle OK/NE/Western Kansas transfers - LPs, Lines, etc.
- Comprehensive Services: Provide all services except ECMO and heart surgery.
- Supportive Environment: Work alongside residents and nurse practitioners for both day and night shifts.
- Academic Affiliation: Affiliated withKU School of Medicine - Wichita, offering extensive QI and research opportunities.
