Picker/Packer (1st Shift) - Full-time

Raw Seafoods, Inc. is looking for a dependable and hardworking Packer to join our Distribution team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for preparing, packing, staging, and handling warehouse orders accurately and safely in a fast-paced cold/wet environment.

This is a good opportunity for someone who is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable staying active throughout the day.

As a Packer, you will:

• Pick and pack warehouse orders accurately based on ticket requirements.
• Pull products from shelves based on item number, size, quantity, and quality standards.
• Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and properly prepared for delivery.
• Stage products correctly for shipment.
• Shrink wrap products onto pallets.
• Operate handling equipment safely and follow all safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Help meet daily warehouse and distribution goals.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and stay active for long periods of time.
• Comfortable working in a cold and wet environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and good work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

Schedule

Mon - Fri and Sun. Off on Saturday. 

09:00 am - 5:30pm (Times might vary depending on business needs) 

Work Environment

This position requires working in a warehouse/distribution setting, including cold and wet areas. The role is physical and requires lifting, standing, walking, bending, and moving product throughout the shift.
