Job Description

Bilingual Shipper
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Concord, NC

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse data entry, with a proven record of longevity at previous jobs. This full-time position is key to ensuring accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing goods.

Responsibilities:

Prepare packages and documentation for outbound shipments
Label, tag, and store received goods in proper locations
Keep warehouse area clean and organized
Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and suppliers
Assist with routine cycle counts and inventory audits

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in shipping
Demonstrated long-term employment history (stability and reliability highly valued)
Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory/data entry systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
