Sanding / Deburring Helper
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description
• Sand, grind, and deburr metal parts to remove rough edges and imperfections
• Use hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment safely
• Inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with preparing parts for fabrication, assembly, and shipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Support manufacturing and fabrication teams as needed

Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing, fabrication, production, assembly, sanding, grinding, deburring, or general labor experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
