Yang Operator – 1st Shift

You will train on first shift 1st Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm and then you will move to second shift: 2nd Shift: 3 pm – 11:45 pm
Pay Starting at $19/hr, based on skill and Experience

A well-established machine parts manufacturing company in Clearwater is seeking a motivated Yang Operator to join our growing team! We’re looking for someone to train on 1st and then transition to 2nd shift, brings a great attitude and strong aptitude, and takes pride in producing quality parts.

Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor Yang machines to ensure quality production
Observe machine operation to identify defects or malfunctions
Adjust machinery as needed to maintain specifications
Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and templates
Read and interpret blueprints and job orders
Follow operational sequences and established processes
Produce quality parts consistently while meeting safety standards

What We’re Looking For:
Strong mechanical background with machinery (lathe experience is a plus)
Understanding of calipers, micrometers, and blueprint reading
High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Experience with X/Y axis or three-axis equipment preferred
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic

You will learn to operate three-axis equipment and eventually be trained on Takamaz equipment. This role offers a clear path to becoming a Set-Up Technician.
