WhereYoullFit:

The Pool Installation Foremanis responsible forleading and overseeing all phases of residential and/or commercial pool installation projects. This role manages crews, coordinates equipment and materials, ensures quality workmanship,maintainsjob site safety, and keeps projects on schedule from excavation through final completion.

WhatYoullBuild:

• Supervise and lead pool installation crews on active job sites, coordinating daily schedules,manpower, and project activities

• Read and interpret pool plans, layouts, and construction drawings to oversee all phases excavation, steel, plumbing, electrical prep, concrete, and finishing

• Ensure all work meets company standards, safety regulations, and local codes; conduct quality control inspections throughout each phase

• Operate and oversee use of construction equipment and tools

• Communicate professionally with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners

• Monitor material usage,maintainorganized job sites, and troubleshoot field issues proactively

• Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and workmanship

• Maintainaccuratedaily job logs, progress updates, and safety documentation

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

*This is an outdoor construction environment. Role requires frequent standing, lifting, bending, and equipment operation. Overtime and occasional weekends may berequiredduring peak season.

Your Foundation:

• Previousexperience in pool construction, excavation, hardscaping, or a related construction fieldrequired; priorforemanor crew leadership experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

• Knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA practices

• Ability tooperateskid loaders, excavators, and other construction equipment preferred

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation; ability to lift 50+lbsand work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Experience with fiberglass, vinyl liner, orGunitepool installations, plumbing, grading, concrete, masonry, or landscaping a plus
