Occupational Health Paramedic Part-Time

This is your opportunity to transition from reactive emergency response to proactive injury prevention and workforce health support all while maintaining strong compensation and a consistent night shift schedule.

Availability Requirement:
Must be able to coverat least one shift per weekto remain active.
What This Role Is
This is on-site medical coverage for a large-scale construction project in Harwood, ND.
Youll work inside a dedicated site clinic and provide:
Injury assessment and treatment
OSHA documentation and reporting
First aid and emergency response
Worker health monitoring and follow-up care
Drug screening and occupational health testing
Collaboration with site safety teams
Coordination with local EMS when necessary
This isnota traditional 911 ambulance role.
You will build relationships with crews, operate with autonomy, and play a critical role in keeping projects moving safely.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform injury assessment, triage, and treatment
- Deliver first aid and emergency medical response
- Maintain accurate medical and OSHA documentation
- Conduct pre-employment and ongoing occupational health screenings
- Support risk management and workers compensation processes
- Collaborate with site leadership to promote a culture of safety
Qualifications
Current State Paramedic License (or ability to obtain)
Current ACLS certification (preferred)
OSHA-30 Certification within 90 days (company provided)
Minimum 3 years as a licensed healthcare provider
Emergency, occupational, or industrial experience preferred
Valid drivers license in good standing
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
