What You’ll Be Doing

Analyze pay data, market trends, and salary benchmarks to guide compensation decisions
Build reports, dashboards, and models to support pay programs, including incentive plans
Partner with HR, finance, and leadership to review roles, maintain salary structures, and support pay changes

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
5+ years of compensation experience
Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with large data sets and build reports
