A long-term care and rehabilitation facility is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee facility operations, support department leaders, and maintain high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Support department managers and staff development
• Maintain survey readiness and quality outcomes
• Manage staffing, budgets, and operational performance

Qualifications

• Active LNHA license required
• Prior leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and facility operations
