Job Description:
We Are Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical delivery teams. This role will focus on business process analysis, requirements gathering, Azure DevOps backlog management, user acceptance testing (UAT), training readiness, and organizational change support. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and ensure successful solution adoption across complex enterprise initiatives.
Responsibilities:
· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and end users.
· Develop current-state and future-state business process maps, workflow diagrams, and operating procedures.
· Identify process improvement opportunities, operational impacts, manual processes, and exception-handling procedures.
· Create end-to-end business and system interaction diagrams to support solution design and implementation.
· Partner with Product Owners to refine, prioritize, and maintain Agile product backlogs.
· Assist in developing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria by gathering and clarifying business requirements.
· Provide recommendations on requirements traceability, business validation, and solution alignment.
· Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders and project teams.
· Track test execution, results, defects, and business acceptance decisions throughout the testing lifecycle.
· Support end-to-end business process testing, release readiness assessments, and deployment activities.
· Develop and maintain UAT documentation, test scenarios, validation plans, and acceptance recommendations.
· Create training plans, user guides, quick reference materials, and process documentation.
· Facilitate training sessions, knowledge transfer activities, and stakeholder readiness initiatives.
· Support organizational change management efforts through communication, adoption, and readiness planning.
· Maintain traceability between requirements, testing activities, and implementation tasks within Azure DevOps.
· Assist with Azure DevOps dashboards, reporting, queries, backlog management, and project documentation.
· Create and maintain project documentation, business rules, validation rules, and governance artifacts.
· Support compliance with organizational delivery methodologies, standards, and governance requirements.
· Maintain documentation repositories, knowledge bases, project wikis, and other project resources.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, project leadership, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Skills:
· 8+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from users and stakeholders.
· 6+ years of experience creating technical and business requirements documentation.
· 4+ years of experience working within Agile methodologies, Scrum processes, and Agile ceremonies.
· 3+ years of experience managing and organizing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks using Azure DevOps backlog management tools, including Kanban and Sprint boards.
· Experience documenting current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes.
· Experience developing UAT strategies, test scenarios, business validation plans, and test documentation.
· Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow modeling, and requirements traceability.
· Experience supporting Product Owners in Agile delivery environments.
· Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, work item tracking, reporting, and project documentation.
· Experience creating training plans, training materials, operational readiness documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
· Experience facilitating business process analysis and workflow modeling using tools such as Bizagi or similar platforms.
· Strong stakeholder facilitation, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
· Ability to effectively collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, testers, and executive stakeholders.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience supporting large-scale government, healthcare, financial, or enterprise system implementations is preferred.
· Experience documenting complex business integrations, business processes, and data flows is preferred.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
