We are partnering with a leading, employee-owned engineering and consulting firm seeking a Regional Global Practice Manager to lead and grow its Environmental Services practice across the South Central Region.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for strategic direction, business growth, client development, and operational execution across multiple offices. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team and drive profitable expansion of environmental consulting and design-build services.

What You’ll DoBusiness Growth & Strategy- Develop and execute the regional business plan to expand Environmental Services capabilities and market presence
- Drive client development, pursuits, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Identify new opportunities and strengthen key client relationships
- Collaborate with national practice leadership and cross-functional teams to grow market share
- Support recruitment of key talent to scale the practice
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, diverse team across multiple offices
- Set performance expectations aligned with business plan goals and financial targets
- Oversee staffing strategy, performance management, and succession planning
- Foster a unified team culture across the region
- Oversee project execution to ensure quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction targets are met
- Provide guidance to project managers on delivery best practices and methodologies
- Ensure adherence to quality control programs and safety standards
- Serve as an executive-level sponsor or principal on key projects
- Drive revenue, profitability, and growth targets
- Manage departmental budgets, resource planning, and utilization
- Support risk management strategies and decision-making across the portfolio
- Achievement of regional sales, revenue, and profitability targets
- Strong growth in market presence, staff size, and client base
- High-performing, engaged team with strong retention
- Successful delivery of projects meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of consulting experience (engineering/environmental preferred)
- Proven leadership experience managing a business line, department, or regional team
- Strong background in client development, sales, and business strategy
- Experience managing complex projects including proposals, budgeting, and execution
- Demonstrated success in driving growth, profitability, and team development
Preferred:
- Master’s degree (Engineering or MBA)
- Background in environmental consulting, engineering, or design-build services
