RVNAhealth is excited to announce the launch of our tuition-free CNA school, a significant milestone in RVNAhealth's mission to provide the highest quality care to patients while offering individuals the opportunity to embark on a rewarding career in healthcare. This 3 week course, held in our state-of-the-art Learning Center in Ridgefield, represents our unwavering commitment to fostering education and professional growth within our community.

Why Choose RVNAhealth's CNA School?

Tuition-Free Education: Thanks to generous grant funds and a gift from a loyal RVNAhealth donor, we are able to offer this course at no cost to our students with the understanding that they will stay with RVNAhealth for one year after completion of the course.

Comprehensive Training: This 3 week program, in partnership with Training Direct in Danbury, is designed to thoroughly prepare students for the Connecticut CNA Exam.

State-of-the-Art Facilities: Our Learning Center in Ridgefield provides a modern, supportive environment conducive to learning.

Career Opportunities: Upon successful completion of the CNA Exam, graduates will have the opportunity to join the RVNAhealth team, where they can continue to grow and make a difference. You are required to work for RVNAhealth for one year, failure to do so will result in full payment for the training course.

It will be a condition of employment at RVNAhealth to submit to a pre-employment physical/drug screen and background check, which may include the following: fingerprinting, verification of employment, paraprofessional certifications, designations or licenses, and educational background.
