Hybrid Tuesday-Thursday onsite in Woburn, MA
Our client is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support a global Salesforce footprint across multiple organizations. You will lead complex development efforts, including advanced Apex, scalable integrations, LWC architecture, performance optimization, and refactoring. You will set engineering standards, mentor teammates, and influence solution designs in partnership with Architects.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and enterprise-grade integrations.
- Optimize performance, refactor legacy components, and implement secure, scalable designs for high-volume use cases.
- Lead code reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor developers and administrators.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact Level 4 issues while guiding junior team members.
- Contribute to solution designs, perform option analyses, prototype concepts, and support architectural decisions.
- Recommend and balance declarative and programming approaches to fit business problems.
- Partner with Administrators, Business Analysts, and Architects to maintain governance and compliance practices.
- Lead triage and root cause investigations and implement preventive improvements.
- Provide technical leadership for release planning, automated testing, environment management, and deployment validation.
- Produce technical documentation including ERDs, sequence diagrams, integration maps, runbooks, and release notes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience with technical leadership on cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with Flows, data modeling, Apex, LWC, platform limits, and integration patterns.
- Experience Cloud preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications required; additional certifications preferred.
- Ability to optimize performance, enhance security, and reduce technical debt at scale.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices including version control, CI/CD, and code quality tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- English proficiency required; additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work across functional groups and levels to achieve results.
- Strong organizational skills with effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field required.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
