Outboard Boat Technician Wanted!

Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is looking for an experienced Outboard Boat Technician to join our Georgetown service team. Were looking for someone who can troubleshoot, repair, and service boats with confidence in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What Youll Do

• Diagnose and repair outboard engines and marine systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, steering, and hydraulic systems
• Perform inspections and maintenance
• Install marine accessories including electronics, GPS units, trolling motors, and audio systems
• Water-test and prepare boats for delivery
• Complete repair orders and service documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with additional service department duties as needed

What Were Looking For

• Previous marine or outboard technician experience REQUIRED
• Certified in Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, or Honda outboards preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of marine electrical and fuel systems
• Ability to work independently while staying team-oriented
• Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Valid drivers license required
