About the Position
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to program units by scheduling appointments, answering calls, composing routine correspondence, andmaintainingorganized records. You will alsoassistin managing data, preparing reports,organizing meetings,and supporting the team with various administrative tasks. This role requires the ability to multitask, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.



Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; Business-related training, BAor 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher
  • Ability to compose professional correspondence andmaintainaccuraterecords
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and adhere to agency policies and regulatory requirements
  • May require First Aid and CPR certification
