Job Description
Where you'll be working:
Location(s): Faytteville, NC
Setting: Hybrid (In-Home and Community-Based Services)
Population Served: Ages 2-10 or 10-18 for BCBAs experienced with older children
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise ABA services and monitor client progress
- Train, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Review clinical data and make treatment recommendations
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure meaningful progress
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
Caseload size: Typically 7–12 clients depending on client needs and treatment intensity
Billable hour expectations: Standard expectation of 25 billable hours per week, with flexibility for newer clinicians when appropriate
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
Base salary: $95,000–$110,000
Bonus structure: Performance-based opportunities available depending on role and location
