Make a Difference
Engage with the team launching and advancing our new US office from day one. As the People and Workplace Operations Coordinator, you will aid in establishing the operational and personnel framework that supports our growth plans in the United States.
You will coordinate day-to-day operations and support recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience topics. This role involves many responsibilities and helps build an efficient, collaborative, and well-organized work environment.
The ideal candidate thrives on being proactive, exploring varying areas, and assisting in developing systems within a rapidly changing startup context that prizes flexibility, accountability, and cooperation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage general office operations, facility coordination, travel management, and administrative setup topics
Support recruiting coordination, hiring and onboarding activities
Provide operational HR generalist support across different employee lifecycle topics
Collaborate closely with external partners and headquarters to support the setup of scalable HR processes and structures in the US
Coordinate with local collaborators, external service providers, and vendors
Event coordination and organization
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration, recruiting coordination, or related operational roles
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Hands-on mentality and willingness to work operationally in a startup-like environment
Entrepreneurial approach with the ability to take ownership and help build structures in a growing organization
Strong communication skills and a service-focused approach
Comfortable working with both local collaborators and international headquarters teams
Experience in an international environment is considered a plus
Fluency in English, German and/or Spanish is an advantage
