Remote Invoicing Clerk - Now Hiring

Company Overview:

Recycling Equipment Manufacturing, Inc. (REM) is a leading builder of custom conveyor systems and recycling machinery. We are seeking a detail-oriented, remote Invoicing Clerk to manage our high-volume parts and equipment billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue accurate invoices for custom machinery orders, replacement parts, and freight charges.
• Verify billing accuracy by cross-referencing purchase orders, bills of lading (BOL), and shipping logs.
• Collaborate remotely with our manufacturing plant and logistics team to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Process customer payments and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of invoicing, billing, or data entry experience (manufacturing or logistics background is a major plus).
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated remote workspace.
• Strong attention to detail—accuracy is critical when dealing with large equipment orders.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 19 years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in the sales & marketing industry
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
