Seeking a Chef de Cuisine for an upscale restaurant, located about 1 hour south of Orlando!

Chef de Cuisine Requirements & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of salaried Chef titles
• 3+ years of fine dining experience within Italian restaurants
• Currently working for a fine-dining concept
• Positive mental attitude
• High energy and excellent communication
• Superb attention to detail and plating skills
• Strong emotional intelligence
• Experience with creating seasonal menus and specials
• Experience with inventory, ordering, scheduling and managing costs
• Strong management prowess (quality, timeliness, deliverables)
• Confident decision-maker and solutions-oriented mentality
• No more than 2-3 jobs in the last 10 years
