Landscape Crew Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and train field technicians, evaluating performance, and maintaining a productive, positive work environment.
• Job Execution: Direct and participate in landscaping tasks (e.g., mowing, edging, mulching, planting, and hardscape installation) to meet specifications.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and adherence to company quality standards.
• Equipment Management: Oversee vehicle and tool maintenance, ensuring safe operation, preventive maintenance checks, and proper loading/unloading.
• Communication & Reporting: Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, and submit daily reports on work progress, timesheets, and materials.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of commercial or residential landscaping experience with proven leadership abilities.
• Driver’s License: A valid state Driver’s License (e.g., Chauffeur's or CDL depending on state regulations) and a clean driving record are typically required to pull trailers and operate company vehicles.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills to handle schedule disruptions or client requests.
