Scale House/ Inventory

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scale House / Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for weighing inbound and outbound trucks, maintaining accurate inventory records, verifying truck counts, and entering data into company systems.

Responsibilities:

• Weigh trucks and process scale transactions.
• Track incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel and other software programs.
• Verify truck counts and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting.
• Communicate professionally with drivers and plant personnel.

Qualifications:

• Strong computer and data entry skills is a must. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous inventory, logistics, shipping/receiving, or administrative experience preferred.
