Production Associate - Construction / Warehouse

Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily production operations, including material handling, assembly, packaging, and shipping activities.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. 
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as authorized. 
• Support inventory control by accurately tracking and storing materials. 
• Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and safety procedures. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. 
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines. 
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required. 
• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, manufacturing, or construction environment required. 
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and material handling procedures. 
• Forklift certification preferred; ability to obtain certification if not currently certified. 
• Knowledge of carpentry, woodworking, or construction materials is highly desirable. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. 
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and dependability. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull 70–100 pounds safely.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
