South Easton, MA
$120-$240 per hour | Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities Available
Rebuilding Recovery Center and Rebuilding First Responders are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our rapidly growing team in South Easton, Massachusetts.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly respected, mission-driven organization providing mental health and substance use treatment services to both civilian and first responder populations. Our civilian program has experienced tremendous growth since opening approximately 18 months ago, while our First Responder Program has quickly become one of New England's premier PHP and IOP treatment programs for police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, dispatchers, corrections officers, and veterans.
Both programs are dually licensed and Joint Commission accredited.
Position Overview
The NP or PA will work closely with our experienced Medical Director, clinical leadership team, case managers, and administrative staff to provide high-quality psychiatric and medical services to our patients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct initial nursing and psychiatric evaluations
- Complete follow-up medication management appointments
- Collaborate with clinical, case management, and administrative teams to ensure timely patient care
- Coordinate scheduling needs based upon patient level of care and clinical necessity
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Schedule
- Anticipated schedule of 3-4 days per week initially
- Approximately 8-hour workdays
- Opportunity to grow into a larger caseload as programs continue to expand
- Open to one full-time provider or multiple part-time providers
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years of prescribing experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Experience working in mental health and/or substance use treatment preferred
- Experience working with first responders, veterans, or trauma populations is a plus but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team
