Property Manager

• Oversee daily apartment community operations
• Manage occupancy, leasing, resident retention, and financial performance
• Supervise onsite staff and vendors
• Ensure exceptional resident satisfaction and community standards

Assistant Property Manager

• Support community operations and leasing activities
• Assist with resident relations, rent collections, and administrative responsibilities
• Process applications, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs
• Support occupancy and resident retention goals

Maintenance Technician

• Complete maintenance work orders and resident service requests
• Perform apartment turns and make-ready repairs
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, drywall, and carpentry issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections

Porter / Groundskeeper

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and grounds
• Assist with trash removal, curb appeal, and community upkeep
• Support maintenance staff with light maintenance tasks
• Help prepare apartments for new residents

Qualifications

Property Manager

• Property management experience required
• Leadership and team management experience preferred
• Experience with occupancy, budgeting, leasing, and resident relations

Assistant Property Manager

• Property management, leasing, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Maintenance Technician

• Apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, handyman, or building maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair

Porter / Groundskeeper

• Cleaning, groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance support experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and maintain community appearance
