Part-Time Leasing

Are you outgoing, driven, and looking for a part-time role that fits your life? We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Leasing Consultant for a beautiful apartment community in Oxnard, California.

If you love working with people, have a knack for sales or customer service, and want to jumpstart a career in real estate, this is the perfect role for you. We need someone who can reliably work Saturdays, but we are happy to offer excellent flexibility with your weekday hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Roll Out the Welcome Mat: Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight our community’s amazing amenities.
• Close the Deal: Guide applicants through the leasing process, handle applications, and assist with lease signings.
• Customer Service Excellence: Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and provide top-tier service to our current residents.
• Marketing & Outreach: Assist with updating online apartment listings (ZipRecruiter, Zillow, etc.) and brainstorming local marketing ideas.
• Administrative Support: Keep guest cards updated and maintain organized, accurate resident files.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is highly preferred. (We will train the right personality!)
• Soft Skills: Warm, enthusiastic personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic computer programs; familiarity with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) is a huge plus but not required.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
