Start Time: 5:00 AM

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations.

HVAC experience and electrical troubleshooting experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Maintain ventilation systems, air handling units, and facility HVAC equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections and complete scheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and make repairs to minimize production downtime.
  • Clean, lubricate, and adjust equipment to ensure proper operation.
  • Install and set up new equipment and machinery as needed.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
  • Work closely with production and other departments to support plant operations.
  • Train and assist other maintenance team members when needed.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain proper communication through the chain of command.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a related field.
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift equipment and work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
  • Commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
  • Refrigeration troubleshooting and repair experience.
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • EPA Section 608 Certification.
  • HVAC Technician Certification.
  • Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Preventive maintenance experience.
