Apartment Maintenance Technician – Mayfield, KY
Looking for a stable Monday–Friday schedule and the opportunity to put your maintenance skills to work? We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in Mayfield, KY.
Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Weekly Pay
What You'll Do:
- Complete maintenance work orders
- Perform apartment make-readies and unit turns
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and plumbing issues
- Handle painting and drywall repairs
- Assist with appliance troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Replace blinds, screens, locks, and other hardware as needed
- Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property
- Follow safety procedures and complete tasks efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall repairs
- Appliance repair experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
