Apartment Maintenance Technician – Scottsville, KY
Are you an experienced maintenance professional looking for a steady Monday–Friday schedule and weekly pay? We are seeking a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in Scottsville, KY.
Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance work orders in occupied apartment homes
- Perform apartment make-readies and unit turns
- Troubleshoot and complete basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- Handle painting, drywall repairs, and general carpentry tasks
- Repair and troubleshoot appliances as needed
- Replace blinds, screens, and minor hardware components
- Assist with groundskeeping, trash removal, and overall property upkeep
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance or related handyman experience preferred
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall repairs
- Appliance repair experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
