Client Response Specialist (Legal Intake)

Growing, fast-paced Personal Injury Law firm is looking for a dynamic and charismatic phone sales representative to achieve maximum success in our intake call center.

This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone competitive, driven, and goal-oriented, someone who thrives on challenges, takes initiative, and consistently performs at the highest level. Your sales background will give you the ability to build trust, overcome hesitation, and help callers make the critical decision to hire Sweet James. At the same time, your compassion and care will ensure every client feels truly seen and supported.

Work Schedule:

Your work hours will encompass varying shift options, full time and on-site with our Phoenix office. You must be available to work weekends [on rotation] and potential holidays. Schedules are set in advance, but may range from start times as early as 7am to as late as 11am.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for accident victims calling Sweet James.
• Listen with empathy and urgency, reassuring clients in moments of pain and confusion.
• Confidently explain our services and help clients take the step of signing with our firm.
• Qualify potential cases quickly and accurately, ensuring we’re aligned to deliver results.
• Drive performance while maintaining the highest standards of care.
• Take initiative in every interaction, leading conversations, overcoming objections, and closing retainers.
• Operate with both empathy and command, balancing compassion with persistence.
• Collaborate with legal and client service teams to ensure smooth case handoffs.

Qualifications:

• A solid work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be available to work after hours and occasional weekends
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
