Home Health Aide

The Home Health Aide provides personal care and supportive services to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, safety and quality of life.  Services are delivered according to the client's care plan and under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals.  

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene

• Provide mobility support and safe transfers

• Support meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands

• Offer companionship and observe/report changes in client condition

• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

• Reliable transportation and clean background check

• Strong communication and professionalism

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
