Position Overview
We are hiring for Machine Packaging Operator and Process/Mix Room Operator roles within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Machine Packaging Operator and Process/Mix Room Operator positions are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production line equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities
Machine Packaging Operator
- Operate automated packaging equipment on a production line
- Monitor product quality and ensure packaging meets company standards
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
- Maintain line speed and efficiency targets
- Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment
- Document production data and report any issues
Process/Mix Room Operator
- Measure and mix raw materials according to production formulas
- Operate blending, batching, and mixing equipment
- Monitor temperature, consistency, and quality of product batches
- Follow strict safety and quality control procedures
- Maintain accurate records of materials and production runs
- Clean and sanitize mix room equipment between batches
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Schedule
- 1st Shift (Day Shift)
- Full-time hours with potential overtime
