Credit Analyst (Credit / Loan Middle Office)

Credit AnalystLocation: hybrid in Jersey City, NJ
Contract: W2 only, 18 month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full time 
Pay: $48 /hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match
 Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing Middle Office & Back Office operations across:
  • Trade Finance Operations
  • Lending Operations
  • Credit Middle Office
  • Transversal Services
  • Production Support

  • Regulators and stakeholders to manage operational requirements

• Handle day-to-day global banking operations activities:
  • Reviewing credit deals
  • Performing control activities
  • Processing data from credit agreements into systems
• Close credit deals:
  • Within allocated timelines
  • Report progress to approving manager
• Perform:
  • Credit deal data analytics and reporting
• Collaborate with:
  • US-based stakeholders (including New York teams)
  • Operations and IT teams for process improvements and automation

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit / Loan Middle Office operations
  • Strong focus on corporate loan processing and deal closings
• Experience handling:
  • Credit agreement review and deal execution
  • End-to-end loan / credit deal lifecycle support
• Strong MS Excel skills

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Skills

• Data analytics experience
• Credit experience or knowledge
• Experience performing control activities
