Store Associate - Retail Warehouse

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Store Associate to join our fast-paced retail warehouse team specializing in open-box appliances and TVs. This role combines customer service, sales, warehouse operations, product processing, and general store support in a hands-on environment where every team member contributes to the success of the store.

The ideal candidate enjoys staying active throughout the day, helping customers, supporting teammates, and working in a warehouse-style retail setting with changing seasonal temperatures.

Saturday availability is required. Employees will be off on Sundays plus one additional weekday.

Compensation

• Pay range: Approximately $32,000–$50,000 per year

• Range includes hourly pay and sales commission opportunities

• Monthly growth bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with appliance and TV purchases

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Greet customers and answer phones

• Support daily warehouse operations and store organization

• Process, clean, move, and stage large home appliances

• Help load, unload, and move large boxed items and appliances

• Maintain clean and organized showroom and warehouse areas

• Assist with inventory handling and stock organization

• Match stock numbers with paperwork and identify inventory correctly

• Perform basic administrative and computer-related tasks as needed

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals

• Operate forklifts or pallet-moving equipment (if experienced/certified)
