Warehouse Associate - Shipping and Receiving

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at our distribution center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our e-commerce operations by ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and warehouse organization. This role requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Load and unload products from trucks and containers
- Utilize a forklift, pallet jack to move stock throughout the warehouse
- Conduct thorough inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels
- Pick and pack orders according to CSP guidelines
- Handle all order fulfillment and shipment preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Participate in inventory control
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure seamless operations
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Skills:

- Basic math skills for inventory management

-Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs.
- Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack
- Knowledge of e-commerce and order fulfillment processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution center environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with stock management and inventory control
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Physical stamina for frequent lifting, bending, and standing
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies

Hours - 8:00AM-5:00PM.
