Machine Operator 3rd Shift

Roper Staffing is currently seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Union, SC.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load raw materials into machines as needed.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Make minor machine adjustments and report equipment issues.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
