Position Summary

The Line Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining production line equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain automated and manual production line equipment.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make minor adjustments to reduce downtime.
• Accurately complete production records, logs, and required documentation.
• Safely handle raw materials and finished goods throughout the production process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and any issues.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
